STEM- Design challenge

For STEM we had a design challenge.

My challenge was to create a toy for my daughter to play in the car.

I decided to make an abacus. I made it colorful with her name and shapes on the frame.

We first designed on paper and then got the hands on experience in using saw and hand drill.
